Lucinda Long's primary role at INSCO is providing customer service. She walks clients through the administrative process for their selected products and is available to answer questions and handle concerns.
For our group clients, she serves as a resource for ongoing support regarding employee benefits plan administration and employee membership. Prior to joining INSCO, Lucinda contributed to the daily HR functions, including benefits administration, for two nationally-recognized organizations in Houston, both of whom employed 350+ employees locally and had multiple worksites.
Lucinda has been married for over 30 years and has four young adult children.
